This extensive renovation of a building in downtown Olympia removed clumsy additions from the 1960's to produce a striking new branch for Timberland Bank. The design by SL&F Architects recreated the original window openings to naturally light the interior and added steel awnings, tile wainscots and an arched entry to capture the flavor of nearby historic buildings.
